The “fear of not knowing” (or as I’ve coined it, FONK) plagues us all, regardless of industry or skill level. With this insight, a tiny idea I dreamt up to bring weekly micro-learning moments to the agency evolved into embracing uncharted territories, inviting us all to be a little more in the know.

As the presenting sponsor of the Sundance Film Festival, Chase Sapphire Preferred needed to be bold and memorable. Our uniquely crafted ‘Chase Sapphire on Main’ house was the prime destination for festival goers to appreciate all that Chase and Sundance had to offer from an insider’s point-of-view.

INTERNAL INNOVATION
Each day at work, my colleagues and I shared endless amounts of inspiration with one another: industry trends, random TikToks, even weekly Spotify playlists...but with time, all of this content seemed to disappear into the black holes of our inboxes and slack messages. If we wanted to reference it again, we could rarely find it. I had an urge to fix that.
