I sat in so many meetings, working on presentations in real-time with colleagues from the Account, Production, Finance teams, and began to notice that I’d often pause to share little tips and tricks with the room...mostly to facilitate workflow. I realized that these teaching moments brought me a sliver of excitement, especially if they made my colleagues’ lives easier. It got me thinking that maybe the greater agency could benefit from these handy hacks, too.
What started out as bite-sized PowerPoint presentations, which also demonstrated my quirky narrative, led me to making a TikTok account where I could easily host my FONKs in one place (and get creative with music and editing). You could find anything from how to screen record on your computer to navigating the little known ‘scan document’ feature in the Notes App, and even how to mute all notifications on your desktop so those unwanted texts don’t pop up during a client presentation (‘cause we’ve all been there… and we don’t want to go back).
